How it works

Alisei by Fioterapia uses a blend of acids and amino acids to progressively align and smooth the hair fibre. NanoCortiline, combined with Nori Complex, Ama Oil, panthenol, babassu oil, shea butter and 11 nourishing oils, helps smooth the cuticle, condition the strands and promote softer, shinier and more manageable hair.

How to use

Wash the hair with O Shampoo and dry it completely. Divide the hair into five equal sections. Apply the product from the roots to the ends, avoiding direct contact with the scalp.

Leave on for at least 30 minutes, always considering the hair type and desired result. Rinse thoroughly using water only, then dry the hair completely.

Working with small sections, pass a flat iron over each section 5 to 15 times. Adjust the temperature between 200°C and 230°C according to the hair type and condition.

Important

A strand test and skin compatibility test are recommended before use. Follow the instructions carefully and avoid contact with the scalp and eyes.

Can it be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

No. Alisei by Fioterapia is not intended for use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. This precaution is based on the product-specific safety assessment required under EU cosmetics legislation.

In the Netherlands, compliance with EU cosmetic product safety requirements is supervised by the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA).

Retourbeleid

Je kunt de meeste nieuwe, ongeopende artikelen binnen 30 dagen na levering retourneren voor een volledige terugbetaling. We betalen ook de retourverzendkosten als de retourzending het gevolg is van een fout van onze kant (je hebt bijvoorbeeld een verkeerd of defect artikel ontvangen).

U kunt uw terugbetaling binnen vier weken na het overhandigen van uw pakket aan de retourvervoerder verwachten. In veel gevallen ontvangt u de terugbetaling echter sneller. Deze periode omvat de transporttijd die nodig is om uw retourzending van de vervoerder te ontvangen (5 tot 10 werkdagen), de tijd die wij nodig hebben om uw retourzending te verwerken zodra we deze hebben ontvangen (3 tot 5 werkdagen) en de tijd die uw bank nodig heeft om ons terugbetalingsverzoek te verwerken (5 tot 10 werkdagen).

Als u een artikel wilt retourneren, logt u in op uw account, bekijkt u de bestelling via de link 'Voltooide bestellingen' in het menu 'Mijn account' en klikt u op de knop 'Artikel(en) retourneren'. We sturen u een e-mail met de bevestiging van uw terugbetaling zodra we het geretourneerde artikel hebben ontvangen en verwerkt.

Verzenden

We kunnen naar vrijwel elk adres ter wereld verzenden. Houd er rekening mee dat er beperkingen gelden voor sommige producten en dat sommige producten niet naar internationale bestemmingen verzonden kunnen worden.
